Human Resouces Development Courses Financial assistance through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) is available on a limited basis for students who qualify. These funds may assist with registration fees, books, tools, required supplies, and childcare. Complete three Human Resouces Development (HRD) classes and receive a scholarship for a free class.
