The Human Resources Development (HRD) program is designed to educate and train individuals who are unemployed and underemployed. It provides training, counseling, and assistance with placement in either employment or additional education. These classes are free of charge to people who qualify and are offered during the day and evening. Classes are offered on campus, Midway Park, and Tarawa Terrace II. After you complete three HRD classes, you may be eligible for a scholarship for another class.
