Experienced Rider Course
This one day course will help hone riding skills and fine-tune the mental skills needed to survive in today's traffic conditions. Most of the course is conducted on the motorcycle range. Passengers are allowed and encouraged if you ride two-up frequently.
You will discuss with your peers how to balance the mental and physical aspects of riding, manage risk, increase visibility, and optimize your lane position.
There will be a riding skill evaluation at the end of the day. You also take a 20-question written exam. If you possess a motorcycle learner's permit you will earn a NC DMV waiver card that will exempt you from the riding portion of the DMV licensing requirements.
