Clerical & Accounting Support Technician CLNC (Full time)
The clerical and Accounting Support Technician is responsible for maintaining and reporting all tuition and fees collected at the CLNC office. This position performs a variety of accounting and clerical duties in support of the Off Campus Sites. An Associate’s Degree and Microsoft Office proficiency required Coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Employee will assist students who wish to purchase textbooks and supplies from the College Bookstore. Position requires employee to have good customer relation and communication skills. Must be able to answer questions about store merchandise, and possess the ability to function in a fast paced environment. Employee will assist with loss prevention and be able to run a cash register. Position also involves receiving, stocking and restocking items in the store as well as the storeroom. Additional duties include Ability to answer multiple line phones, direct calls to proper parties, filling, general housekeeping – dusting, vacuuming, etc. Inventory supplies and textbooks, ability to lift up to 50 pounds using a hand truck, have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to operate a point of sale cash register and reconciles cash drawer at the end of each shift also have the ability to us Windows OS for basic functions that include label printing and sign making. Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED and one year cashier experience in a retail setting. Retail experience in a college bookstore a plus.
This is a twelve-month, full time position in the Division of Continuing Education. The Evening Secretary is responsible for providing customer service to students, and other internal and external customers; additional duties include answering a multi-line phone, registering students, cash handling, posting payments, and assisting Directors and Coordinators within the Division. High School diploma or GED is required. Associate degree is preferred. Two years secretarial experience in an office is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Access and PowerPoint is preferred. A computer test will be given after an interview to determine proficiency.

Curriculum Instructor & Student Success Facilitator
(9-month permanent with possible summer employment)
This position is responsible for the quality, content, and effectiveness of institutional programs directly related to the College Student Success course and the Supplemental Instruction (Peer Tutoring) initiative. The teaching load will include teaching “in field” classes as well as instructing ACA 111 College Student Success in both the traditional and online setting. One to two years experience with the Marine Air Ground Task Force Deployment Support System (MDSS II) and the Automated Air Load Planning System (AALPS) required. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) experience a plus. A working knowledge of the Force Deployment Planning and Execution (FDP&E) process preferred. Nursing Assistant I Instructor/Coordinator (Full Time)
Teaching Nursing Assistant I course following College guidelines and state Nursing Assistant I curriculum. Supervise clinical experiences at hospital and nursing home. Oversee administrative aspects of other continuing education health classes such as Nurse Aide Refresher. Some night and weekend hours required.
