A+ certified instructor needed to teach the A+ Certification Prep Course. This course is designed to prepare students to sit for the A + certification examinations by reviewing two areas in detail: A+ core hardware and A+ Operating Systems (OS). Must be A+ certified. Academic Studies Center is accepting applications for part-time instructors for GED Prep and Writing Skills classes for day and evening hours. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and teaching experience required.
Provide technical assistance to students. Maintain and operate equipment in the CAD and manual drafting labs. Qualifications: Architectural Technology diploma or equivalent. Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD 2010 and Architecture 2010, basic 2D, 3D AutoCAD commands, basic line weights, alphabet of lines, and had drawing elements. Must have workin knowledge of plotter and blueprint machine operation. Experience using a large format copier and laminator desired.
We are seeking to expand our pool of instructors to teach Networking classes for Cisco (CCNA) in both online and seated formats. This is a twelve-month full-time position in the Division of Continuing Education. The Evening Secretary is responsible for providing customer service to students, and other internal and external customers; additional duties include answering a multi-line phone, registering students, cash handling, posting payments, and assisting Directors and Coordinators within the Division.
High School diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with Access and PowerPoint is preferred. A computer test will be given after an interview to determine proficiency.
Working hours are 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday.
Position provides educational/career counseling for adult students, instruct Basic Skills classes and implement assessment and retention strategies. This is a twelve-month , full-time position, which require both day and evening hours. Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two years experience counseling and instructing adult students, preferably in mathematics. Coastal Carolina Community College Wellness Department is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent coaching and communication skills. Previous experience teaching group activity/wellness classes in a commercial fitness setting, have nationally recognized certification, and experience teaching various group fitness classes within the CCCC Wellness Department. Employee will work closely with the Wellness Coordinator.
Education and experience: High School diploma or GED required.
Nurse Aide 1 instructors to teach lab and clinical experiences. Teaching Nurse Aide 1 following NC Nursing Assistant 1 curriculum. Supervise clinical experiences at Assisted Living Facility and Nursing Homes. Excellent teaching skills and rapport with students.

Teach MDSS II 7.1 System Administration functions, garrison plan development, deployment and embarkation planning, Ad Hoc Reports and interfacing functions. One to two years experience with the Marine Air Ground Task Force Deployment Support System (MDSS II) and the Automated Air Load Planning System (AALPS) required. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) experience a plus. A working knowledge of the Force Deployment Planning and Execution (FDP&E) process preferred. Possess effective communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Military or government experience preferred. Teaching experience desirable.

The person in this position is responsible for teaching Medical Terminology, Basic Medical Coding, Medical Insurance, and Advanced Medical Coding. Current national coding certification and work experience in billing and coding is required. Experience in teaching and training adult learners preferred.
Department: Medical Laboratory Technology Department
A general knowledge of biology laboratory procedures is required and experiece in preparation of chemical solutions and laboratory medical is preferred. Applicant must have successfully completed at least one year of college level biology; current or future MLT student preferred.
The individual in this position will be required to teach our MCSE classes in both online and seated formats. Specifically, the ideal candidate must have current certifications such as: MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, or MCP; experience with Blackboard; experience providing quality technical training covering Windows Server 2003 / 2008; high level understanding of Microsoft technical products and technologies and excellent communication, presentation and people skills.

The Curriculum Nursing Assistant Program is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant Instructor. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse license and have at least two years of full-time RN experience. A Diploma in Nursing or ADN education is required, BSN preferred. Teaching responsibilities include class, lab &/or clinical at a local hospital or long-term care facility. Hours vary between 6 to 22 hours per week, averaging 14 hours per week throughout the semester. Closing date; open until filled.

Microsoft Project 2007 Instructor (Part time): Candidate must have the perfect blend of project management concepts and techniques for using Microsoft Project efficiently. Project Management certified instructor preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and customer service skills and also have the ability to interact with a diverse population of business and professional clients. A High School diploma or GED and six months of clerical experience are required. Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm or approximately 25 hours per week.
The Division of Continuing Education is looking for an experienced, part-time professional development instructor. Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in public/private education or corporate training. Possible courses include: Leadership, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Assertiveness, and Change Management.

Certification in Microsoft Project and PMI Certification in Project Management preferred along with training experience for adult learners.

Assist in supporting the preparation, distribution, collection and summarization of surveys for Desktop Audit, early leaver surveys, completer/graduate surveys, follow-up telephone calls, employer surveys and telephone calls, and student alumni surveys; collecting other essential data for Desktop Audit; and preparing the Desktop Audit and accompanying books inclusive of layout design, data entry into Desktop Audit and follow-up information.
**Experience with COlleague (Datatel), Informer, and internal reporting is required.
The individual(s) in this position will provide instruction in the following areas: OSHA 10 and 30 Hour General Industry, OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Hour Construction, 40 Hour Hazwoper, 8-Hour Hazwoper Refresher, Forklift Safety, COnfined Space-Permit Required and Awareness Level, and other Safety and Environmental topics.
Special Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design and deliver training in Safety and Environmental topics; may involve recruiting and marketing duties to support program enrollment; class paperwork. Day and evening classes.
Education Requirements/Experience: Minimum Requirements: Combination of education and experience in Safety and Environmental field equivalent to 3 years in Environmental health and Safety Management; certification in OSHA 500 and OSHA 501 courses and designation as OSHA Authorized Trainer for the the Construction and General Industry areas; excellent communication, presentation and training skills; aility to coordinate customized training to meet clients needs; demonstrated ability to contribute ot the team.
The person in this position will work nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum of SIX month’s security experience mandatory; provide protection for faculty, staff and students and property. Must be able to patrol campus on foot and in vehicles; complete written accident reports on campus and at off campus extension sites.
Additional duties include ticket writing, directing traffic during peak periods and special events. Additional requirements: first aid and CPR class, attend OC Spray Certification Class. Excellent oral and written communication skills; good customer service skills are essential. High School diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; if hired applicant is subject to a five (5) year criminal background check.
The Division of Continuing Education is looking for an experienced; EIPA 3.0+ or RID/NAD/NIC certified Sign Language Instructor for the ASL Interpreting Program. Candidates will have a minimum 2 years experience interpreting or BA degree in ASL, Interpreting, or related program. Teaching experience is preferred. (Appropriate degree may replace NIC/EIPA certification requirement, if language proficiency is evident.)
Assist identified hearing impaired students with interpretation of classroom lecture and related instructor/student communications through approved sign language methods.
