Customer Service Supervisor/Data Technician, Continuing Education

Responsible for providing customer service to students, and other internal and external customers, and providing clerical support to the Division.  Duties include answering a multi-line phone, registering students, cash handling, posting payments, and assisting Directors and Coordinators within the Division.  High School diploma or equivalent, two years of secretarial experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, required.  An Associate’s degree and experience with Access and PowerPoint preferred.  Supervisory experience also preferred.  Working hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Salary:  $2,086.00 per month.

Start Date:  January 22, 2018.
