Instructor to teach seated, daytime Hospitality Management classes, including Food and Beverage Cost Control, Restaurant Management, Front Office Procedures, Marketing, and Introduction to the Hospitality Industry, as needed and as assigned by the Department Head. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in the teaching discipline, or a minimum of an associate’s degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline required. The preferred candidate will have knowledge and skills in the hospitality field including management experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, and/or property management.
Salary: Based on education and experience.
