Maintain and update student records (in paper and electronic formats) and process correspondence to support the enrollment status and documentation of attendance for students. Process student and instructor drops and reinstatements; maintain and update official class rosters; process and update instructor attendance forms; assist with the notification process of student withdrawals to instructors; prepare routine correspondence in support of the Registrar’s Office and Student Services; and assist with student registration, graduation, and/or related projects in support of the Student Services Division. Occasional evening work required. High school diploma or AHS/GED credentials; demonstrated proficiency with keyboarding and Microsoft applications; and excellent communication, customer service, and office organizational skills, required. Work experience or diploma/degree in a business/information technology field, preferred.
Salary: $2,014.00 per month.
