Nurse Aide I Instructor
Part Time. Department: Continuing Education
Serve as lab/clinical instructor for Nurse Aide I following North Carolina Nursing Aide I curriculum. Instruct students in learning skills and determine proficiency as outlined by the DHSR curriculum. Supervise clinical experiences at Assisted Living Facility and Nursing Homes. Excellent teaching skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Day and evening hours.
Requirements:
1) The applicant is a registered nurse with an unencumbered license
2) The applicant is licensed to practice in North Carolina
3) The applicant has at least 2 years’ experience as a registered nurse
4) The applicant meets at least ONE of the following
a) Completion of a course in teaching adults
b) Experience in teaching adults
c) Experience in supervising nurse aids.

Pay: Based on education & experience (Hourly)
