Registration Information

NEW Calculator Policy Important Notice: All students competing in the Southeastern Regional Math Contest at Coastal Carolina Community College and State Math Contest will not be permitted to use a calculator of any type for testing. The sprints competition will also be completed without a calculator.

The registration fee is $5.00 per student, which will include lunch and a t-shirt. Each school may register three level-one students, three level-two students, and three level-three students. Morning refreshments and lunch will be complimentary for the sponsors. To enter your students in the contest, please submit the registration form online and mail the registration fee. Once your registration fee has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

On the contest day, check-in will be in the Fine Arts Building between 8:30 – 9:15 am.  Lunch will be provided after the subject testing has been completed. If you have any students who will not be eating with us or with special needs (dietary, medical, etc.), please note such on the registration form.  The math sprints competition will immediately follow lunch.  After the sprints competition, the awards will be presented and the ceremony should be completed by approximately 1:30 pm.

If you have a change in students, please reply to the confirmation email that will be sent to you.  In extenuating circumstances only, you may replace a contestant with another student on the day of the contest.  However, you may not bring more than three students per exam category.  Also, please do not bring students to the contest who are not participating in the exam.  Any sponsor not receiving a confirmation by March 20th should contact us by phone at 910.938.6327.
