The Training & Education Subcommittee supports the mission of the IDEA Team through targeted training and educational opportunities (e.g., workshops, roundtables, guest speakers, etc.) that align with Coastal’s Commitment to Diversity.
This guide is intended to provide a collection of print and digital resources that will help with your personal or educational goals related to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access. Also included are authors of both fiction and non-fiction, including Young Adult Fiction and poetry, from traditionally underrepresented populations.
