Prepare or assist in the preparation of hot, cold, meat and vegetable dishes, beverages, salads, sandwiches, simple bakery items, salad dressings and/or other similar food items as appropriate to the position. Clean and maintain work areas including floors, facilities, utensils, and equipment. Collect and place garbage and trash in designated containers as appropriate to the area of operation. Serve food items to customers from counters and/or steam tables as appropriate to the position, in accordance with specific instructions and ensuring that appropriate portions are served. Wash pots, pans and other service ware ensuring sanitary handling, and organize and replace service ware to appropriate locations. May perform cashiering duties, as required. High school diploma or GED required, ServeSafe certification preferred but not required. Preferred shift, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
Salary: $7.25 per hour without ServeSafe Certificate or $8.00 per hour with ServeSafe Certificate. No more than 27 hours per week.
