Responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive office environment for the Continuing Education Division, maintaining and coordinating all student records and registration, and serving as the main liaison to the Division Chair for the support functions of the Continuing Education Office. Provide supervision of office staff and oversee the training of all clerical and technical/paraprofessional positions within the Continuing Education Office. Organize and administer student registration. Maintain security, accuracy, and completeness of all student records and class files within the division. Prepare, edit, and print Institutional Class Reports and Continuing Education Registration Data File reports each semester for the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) Office. Provide clerical assistance in support of budget preparation for Continuing Education. A minimum of three (3) years secretarial/office management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a familiarity with Colleague/Datatel, required. A post-secondary degree preferred.
Salary: Minimum of $2,086.00 per month.
