Process and track purchase orders for Information Systems hardware, software and supplies; prepare monthly departmental budget reports; create technical documents based on information provided by department personnel; create announcements for system maintenance and possibly occasional newsletters; maintain departmental leave, professional development, and expense records, etc.; and act as a liaison with other departments/divisions, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, as necessary. High school diploma or equivalency; proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 or higher; proficiency in typing/keyboarding; and the ability to take technical instructions and convert them to technical documents geared towards non-technical users, required. Associate’s degree in Office Administration or computer related field, and familiarity with computer technical terms and acronyms, preferred.
Salary: $8.25 per hour/20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
