Attention Culinary Professionals and skilled cake decorators! So you think you’re skilled at decorating cakes? Interested in learning to construct a cake that is in a league of its own? It takes more than fancy frosting to make a cake a work of art. In this hands-on course the Cake Girl, bakery owner and cake decorating expert, will demonstrate and teach cake carving and sculpting techniques to help you do just that! Students will also be taught how to build a variety of tiered cakes from simple two-tiered to seven-tiered wedding cakes. This course builds on Cake Decorating Basics and Advance Basics.
