This course is led by Chef Marcinda Caetano-Clements in the college’s restaurant style kitchen where students will learn skills and techniques to make delicious homemade pasta. Homemade pasta is so much more flavorful than dried pasta, especially when paired with a delectable sauce from various regions of Italy. Yes, students will also learn the origin and how to prepare these molto delizioso sauces; alfredo, bolognese, marinara, and pesto using fresh in-season ingredients. And the best part is savoring each freshly made dish, Buon appetito!
