The property shown below has been declared surplus and is no longer suitable or desirable for College purposes. It is available for purchase, as is, without warranty. No representation is made as to condition.

Please coordinate payment and pick-up with John Mooney Director of Procurement and Auxiliary Services, at extension 6137. Payment should be tendered directly to the Business Office. If applicable, sealed bids should be tendered to John Mooney, on or before the date indicated. Note, the College reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inadequate.
