The Office of the Registrar is responsible for student registration, maintaining student records, maintaining faculty class rolls and attendance rosters, and approving students for graduation.

Other services available through the Registrar's Office include:

  • Transferring in credits (providing these credits are applicable toward the graduation requirements of Coastal Carolina Community College)
  • Adding or disenrolling from courses
  • Updating name and address information or Catalog years
  • Processing requests for transcripts, enrollment verification, course substitutions, or transient study
  • Disenrolling from the College

Registration Eligibility

To register for classes, you must first meet admission requirements.  First-time and re-admitted students will initially meet with an Academic Counselor to complete the admissions or re-admissions process.  Depending on the time period, students may register with the Academic Counselor or will receive information about when they are eligible to register.  (See Admissions for specific requirements.)

Current students will receive information regarding the registration process prior to the start of the registration period.

Spring 2023

Last Day to Register for 2nd 8-Weeks: March 5, 2023

Summer 2023

Registration for all students will open April 20, 2023
Last Day to Register for 5-Weeks: June 27, 2023

Fall 2023

Registration for all students will open April 20, 2023.
Last Day to Register for 12-Weeks: September 11, 2023
Last Day to Register for 2nd 8-Weeks: October 13, 2023

Academic Counselors are Available Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Refund Dates:

Students seeking to withdrawal on or before the 100% refund date identified below should use WebAdvisor located in their MyCCCC student portal or email registrar@coastalcarolina.edu.

Students seeking withdraw after the 100% refund period must complete the Student Withdrawal found in "Forms" of the Etrieve/Softdocs icon located in the MyCCCC student portal. For the complete curriculum refund policy, see the College Catalog.

Spring 2023

  • Last day to withdraw 16-Week/1st 8-Week course with a 100% refund: January 3rd
  • Last day to withdraw 1st 8-Week course with a 75% refund: January 8th
  • Last day to withdraw 16-Week course with a 75% refund: January 15th
  • Last day to withdraw 12-Week course with a 100% refund: February 1st
  • Last day to withdraw 12-Week course with a 75% refund: February 10th
  • Last day to withdraw 2nd 8-Week course with a 100% refund: March 5th
  • Last day to withdraw 2nd 8-Week course with a 75% refund: March 11th
