The mission of Coastal’s Wellness Center is to educate and empower faculty, staff and students to improve and maintain Healthy Lifestyle choices! The Wellness Program will foster a wellness environment that encourages campus involvement through guest speakers, organized athletic activities, group fitness and one-on-one wellness counseling, including nutrition and personalized training programs.

Our Fitness Room is FREE to Students, Faculty, and Staff. Please refer to our hours of operation for times as they vary some with each semester. The following is just a sample of the equipment that is available for a well rounded exercise program/workout:
COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
For the protection of all faculty, staff, and students, please do not enter the wellness center if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. In addition to this, please adhere to the following safety protocols.
- A maximum of four persons are allowed in the weight room at the same time.
- Before entering and leaving the weight room/wellness center, use the hand sanitizer provided.
- Maintain 6 feet of distance at all times.
- Use the provided sanitizing wipes to clean the equipment before and after use.
- No sharing of the equipment or working in-between sets.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM
Tuesday, Thursday: 10 AM – 2 PM.
**Note: The aerobics room will not be open for use at this time.
